Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Badlands Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and operations
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work of hotel staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Willing to relocate
