Packaging Supervisor Job Description at 21 Century Trading Inc.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at 21 Century Trading Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the packaging operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Train and supervise packaging staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
* Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement
* Recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality
* Coordinate and schedule packaging activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks
* Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed

**Requirements**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a packaging or production role
* Permanent employment with a flexible schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week
* Proficiency in English as the primary language of communication
