About The Role:

The Head of Client Success will report directly to the Senior Director of Operations and will be instrumental in the execution and ongoing support of OneVest's enterprise B2B clientele. This role encompasses the oversight of both pre-launch Go-to-Market strategies and post-launch operational processes.

  • Establish the strategic vision for client success initiatives
  • Lead Go-to-Market and ongoing operational programs
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage client escalations with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management or wealth technology
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives
  • Understanding of wealth management operations
  • Strong program management capabilities
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements

Bonus:

  • Experience in contemporary wealth technology firms
  • Launching technology initiatives on an international scale
  • Written proficiency in Canadian French

Compensation:

$100,000-130,000 CAD plus participation in Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
