This position will oversee our Client Services team, reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a team and developing streamlined processes to effectively implement RouteThis products, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to launch products that enhance customer satisfaction and ROI.
- Design implementation strategies aimed at achieving adoption, ROI, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) objectives.
- Work alongside sales teams to create solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Oversee internal resources to adhere to strict timelines and deliverables.
- Establish a reporting framework to evaluate the success of product launches.
- Develop and refine internal procedures for product introductions.
- Create self-service deployment and training programs for support.
- Lead recovery initiatives for launches that do not meet expected outcomes.
Additional duties include acting as a point of escalation for launch-related issues, engaging with executive sponsors, and managing the Client Services team.
The ideal candidate will possess over a decade of experience in client services or customer success, along with outstanding communication abilities and a background in working with enterprise-level clients. Proficiency in software deployment, change management, resource allocation, and recruitment is essential.
