About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Repair Technician to join our team at KARTAR TRUCK REPAIR LTD. as a key member of our repair team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Locate faults and malfunctions in mechanical units to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Repair or Replace Mechanical Units: Repair or replace mechanical units or components as needed to maintain the integrity of our vehicles.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance service on our vehicles to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Test and Adjust Units: Test and adjust units to specifications to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure the well-being of our team members.
  • Prepare and Apply Finishing Touches: Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products, and prepare and apply laminated plastics.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Custom cabinet shop.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, team player, efficient interpersonal skills, organized.
