Shape the Future of Online Payments as a Product Design Manager

Stripe is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Design Manager to lead our growing team of designers focused on consumer-facing products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a talented team of designers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to define design priorities and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for the needs of our consumers throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the design team and across cross-functional partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing design teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • 8+ years of experience designing innovative and user-friendly products, with a focus on consumer experiences.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, user research methodologies, and the product development process.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
