Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our team. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with homeowners, understanding their energy needs, and providing personalized solutions to help them save money and reduce their carbon footprint.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners to understand their energy needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized solutions to help homeowners save money and reduce their carbon footprint
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Top performer in sales roles
  • Determination to become top earner
  • Excellent communicator on the phone & by email
  • Highly proficient with computers, CRM systems
  • High speed internet, quiet remote working environment
  • Motivation to connect with dozens of homeowners by phone/email/sms each day
  • Capability of understanding and explaining basic finance concepts
  • Interest in clean energy, solar, helping customers go green and save
