Job Title: Supervisor, Food Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at MJ Thorpe Restaurants Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Food Services will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation
  • First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate
Work Environment:

The Supervisor, Food Services will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
