Hair Couture II is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team of stylists and support staff. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the salon, including managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
* Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
* Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
* Plan and control budget and inventory
* Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
* Hire, train, and supervise staff
* Address customers' complaints or concerns

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
