Kitchen Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Sanitation Specialist to join our team at 2713652 Ontario Ltd.. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our food service environment.

Work Environment- Relocation costs are not covered by the employer.
- Willingness to relocate is necessary.
- Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and set tables.
- Manage linen handling and replacement.
- Sanitize and clean items including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs efficiently.
- Load and organize buspans and trays.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Store dishes appropriately in designated areas.
- Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas.
- Wash and sanitize dishes and other items manually as needed.
- Package take-out food items.
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
- Maintain stock levels in refrigerators and salad bars.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas including work surfaces, cupboards, and appliances.
- Handle and store cleaning products safely.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate areas.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and trash responsibly.
- Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
- Personal transportation is required.
- Public transportation options are available.
- Travel expenses are not reimbursed by the employer.
