Job Summary:

The Developmental Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving the growth of sustainable product sales in the local market by actively engaging with customers and stakeholders. This position requires a strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and a passion for promoting environmentally responsible solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all relevant safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our eco-friendly products.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote sustainable products, aligning with market demand and sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence.
  • Examine project specifications, including aggregates specifications, contract details, and assigned terms and conditions.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate from university/college with business management degree/diploma with one to three years of industry experience.
  • Interest in a long-term career in sales, business, and construction.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its applications in optimizing sales process an advantage.
  • High level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a proactive approach to seeking information.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of rapidly establishing and sustaining positive working relationships.
