Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Coordinator will oversee and manage the cleaning activities within our organization, ensuring that all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment
  • Position is based within a cleaning service company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to verify adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services as needed, including painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as necessary.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
Experience Requirements
  • No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
  • Position is permanent with a commitment to ongoing employment.
  • Work language may be English or French.
  • Expected working hours are 30 hours per week.
