Position Overview

The Facilities Cleaning Supervisor at GESTION TGE plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment. This position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel to ensure effective performance.
  • Supervision: Coordinate and monitor the activities of cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Budgeting: Prepare financial estimates and manage budgets related to cleaning operations.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and suggest additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacements as needed.
  • Payment Processing: Handle payments for specialized cleaning services.
  • Assistance: Support cleaning staff in their daily tasks as required.
  • Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules for cleaning personnel.
