Health Information Management Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Information Management Advisor to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our Health Information Management department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of health information.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance on health information management practices and standards
- Develop and implement health information systems and applications
- Support and train staff on health information management policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of client care
- Travel to various sites throughout the Northern Health region as required
- Graduation from a recognized Health Information Management program
- Certification by the Canadian College of Health Information Management and eligibility for active membership with the Canadian Health Information Management Association
- One year's recent related experience in a Health Information Management department of an acute care healthcare facility or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Current valid BC Driver's License
