Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Carl's Jr. as a key member of our food service team.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including training and development.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and walking. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.

Language:

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
