About the Role

Lomanton Food Service Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
  • Provide training and guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. As a team player, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
