About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Assistant to join our team at Akaal Renovations. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
  • Equipment Operation: Assist in the operation of heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and other machinery.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Site Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the construction site.
  • Assist in Demolition: Assist in the demolition of buildings and structures as needed.
  • Transportation: Assist in the transportation of personnel and equipment to and from the site.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: The successful candidate will be required to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
