About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Jet Construction. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation
    • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from project sites.
    • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Material Handling
    • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
    • Assist in the operation of heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Site Maintenance
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the site remains safe and secure.
    • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Support Functions
    • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
    • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
    • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
    Requirements
    • 1-2 years of experience in a construction labourer role.
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
