Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Senior Flexonics Canada. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our industrial operations in Alberta, Canada, and providing creative solutions to our customers in the Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial Processing, Pulp & Paper, and HVAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage a complete B2B sales cycle, including prospecting for leads, presenting to engineers, managing RFQ/RFP stages, and closing sales.
  • Develop and conduct consultative selling and solution selling strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Generate demand from the market for our products and services.
  • Provide pre-sale education and assistance to potential customers regarding our products and services.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting problems with product implementation and ensuring the success of solution implementation.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies within a territory by meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical Engineer or Business Diploma with Mechanical Aptitude required.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of B2B technical sales experience.
  • Proven sales track record involving engineered products and working with both plant and consulting engineers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and experience presenting and positively influencing small to medium-sized groups.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize to maximize efficiency, effort, and results.
  • Fluency in English.
