Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the management team in supervising the dairy and frozen food department, including mentoring, teaching, and assigning duties to associates.
  • Order merchandise on time to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain zero pricing errors and adhere to cold chain compliance standards.
  • Ensure food safety and handling procedures are followed, and sanitation and cleaning procedures are maintained.

  • Listen to customer complaints, examine returned merchandise, and resolve problems to restore good public relations.
  • Manage department budgets, including shrink budgets.
