Bakery Specialist

Freshly Squeezed is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods.
Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Prepare special orders and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
- Draw up production schedules and inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment
- Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Accurate, dependable, and reliable with a strong work ethic
