About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Specialty Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, prepare special orders, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery as needed.
Work Environment

As a Bakery Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods.
