Responsabilités :
  • Accueillir les patients et vérifier l'exactitude des informations sur les prescriptions
  • Saisir avec précision les détails des soins aux patients
  • Traiter les demandes d'assurance tierce si nécessaire
  • Distribuer les médicaments prescrits avec soin
  • Gérer efficacement l'inventaire de la pharmacie
  • Aider les clients avec des questions sur les médicaments en vente libre et les orienter vers le Pharmacien si besoin
  • Gérer les retraits de prescriptions pour les clients
Qualifications :
  • Expérience antérieure en tant qu'Assistant en Pharmacie souhaitée
  • Grande attention aux détails et excellentes compétences organisationnelles
  • Capacités de communication efficaces
  • Antécédents en service à la clientèle démontrés
  • Compétence en saisie de données informatiques
  • Flexibilité pour travailler à des horaires variés, y compris les soirées et les week-ends
