We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Account Representative to join our team at Long & McQuade Musical Instruments. As a key member of our account services team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving account issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage client accounts, including collection of outstanding balances, credit approvals, and account maintenance.
- Credit Approvals: Approve credit applications for term and balance forward accounts, as well as consumer and commercial account rentals.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving account issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Research: Conduct research to locate new contact information for credit customers and perform sundry account maintenance tasks.
- Reporting: Provide regular status reports to the Store Manager and Account Services Regional Manager, highlighting account activity and any issues that require attention.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate thorough organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with consumer credit and collections is an asset.
- Availability: Be available to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, as required.
