Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Kin Kin Bakery & Bubble Tea. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet quality standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that products meet established standards.
- Organize and maintain inventory to optimize production efficiency.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to drive business growth.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
