Bakery Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Kin Kin Bakery & Bubble Tea. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Prepare special orders for customers with dietary restrictions.
  • Ensure quality of products meets established standards.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Hours:
