Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Kin Kin Bakery & Bubble Tea. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following recipes and special customer orders.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that products meet established quality standards.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods, including displaying products and promoting sales.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
