Heavy Equipment Operations Manager

Mianco Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our heavy equipment operators and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of heavy equipment operators to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide technical guidance and support to heavy equipment operators.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of supervising and coordinating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is outdoors, with exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards. A bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in English is necessary.
