Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Mianco Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in various settings, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment, including cranes, excavators, and bulldozers, in accordance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate execution.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, including lubrication and refilling tanks, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to identify and address any issues before use.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors using two-way radios and other communication equipment.
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment as needed to minimize downtime.
Work Environment

The Heavy Equipment Operator will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, often outdoors in dusty conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a variety of settings, including outdoors and in dusty conditions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications.
