Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office supplies and services.
- Oversee corporate IT functions.
- Manage HR functions for the front office and nursing teams, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, payroll, and vacation requests.
- Work in conjunction with marketing contractors to optimize the marketing initiatives of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office management and HR.
- Medical office experience is an asset but not a prerequisite.
