Business Development Manager

The Mobil 1 Lube Express is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to oversee the sales team and drive business growth.
As a Sales Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, hiring, training, ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, preparing sales reports, resolving customer complaints, and organizing inventory.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with the design team to ensure that all sales initiatives are aligned with company goals.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
