At La Senza, we are dedicated to empowering women globally by providing fashionable lingerie that enhances confidence and allure. With a presence in over 30 countries and more than 320 stores, we are the premier destination for stylish lingerie.
We are currently seeking a Fulfillment Centre Associate to ensure efficient and profitable operations while fulfilling customer orders at our E-commerce Distribution Center.
This position reports directly to the Distribution Center Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the Fulfillment Centre, which includes managing freight, processing returns, receiving shipments, handling parcels, and executing transfers.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Surpass productivity and accuracy expectations consistently.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment within the warehouse.
- Identify and resolve issues related to inventory and scanning labels.
- Prepare shipments in accordance with orders and assist in loading outgoing items onto delivery vehicles.
- Adhere to safety protocols for both personnel and equipment.
- Participate in safety training to mitigate potential hazards.
- Follow established internal controls, productivity metrics, and operational procedures to effectively process orders.
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting to meet 'units per hour' productivity benchmarks.
- Capability to bend, lift, open, and transport products weighing up to 50lbs consistently.
- Experience in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Strong ability to accurately identify numbers and characters.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
- Quick adaptability to new technology applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce).
