Fulfillment Specialist

Role OverviewAs a Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a critical role in streamlining our fulfillment processes and ensuring timely delivery of our products. You'll work closely with our cross-departmental teams to foster a results-oriented culture and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and basic inventory control processes.
- Utilize Cloud-Based WMS to efficiently manage inventory levels, track orders, and restock shelves.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain a clean and organized warehouse/stockroom environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and provide exceptional customer assistance.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and lift trucks, with proper training and supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to safely meet the physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs independently and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs on a cart.
- Competitive starting wage of $17 hourly.
- 5 days/week, Monday through Saturday schedule.
