Fulfillment Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and basic inventory control processes.
- Utilize Cloud-Based WMS to efficiently manage inventory levels, restock, and conduct regular checks.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental and cross-location teams to foster a results-oriented culture and enhance the customer experience.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and lift trucks, with training provided and worksite dependent.
- High school diploma strongly preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to safely meet the physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs independently and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs on a cart.
