Position Overview

KGC Construction & Management Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Agent to enhance our procurement operations. This role is essential for ensuring that our projects are equipped with the necessary materials and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement: Acquire general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to support company operations.
  • Supplier Engagement: Consult with suppliers to negotiate terms and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Quotation Review: Analyze and review supplier quotations to determine the best options for the company.
  • Delivery Coordination: Establish and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Issue Resolution: Communicate with clients and suppliers to address and resolve any procurement-related issues.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
