Assistant Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 1962878 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our management team.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Determine business strategies and objectives, and develop plans to achieve them.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 1 to 15 employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including cost analysis, inventory management, and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and make informed financial decisions to drive business growth.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
- Education: High School Graduation Certificate
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a management role
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and Point of Sale systems, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
