* Lead and instruct individuals to achieve business objectives
* Address customer complaints and concerns
* Provide customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in a management role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
