About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Charles Panizales. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials for construction and repair projects
  • Install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Maintain and repair residences and wooden structures in various settings
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced construction environment with minimal supervision. You will be exposed to noisy and dusty conditions, and will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
