About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Charles Panizales. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials for construction and repair projects
  • Install floor beams, subflooring, walls, and roof systems
  • Maintain and repair residential and commercial structures, including wooden structures in mills, mines, and other establishments
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced construction environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to work outdoors and in noisy and dusty conditions.

Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
