About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Charles Panizales. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts and designs for building projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, wood substitutes, and steel to create building structures.
  • Install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Maintain and repair existing buildings, including residences, mills, and industrial plants.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in the field of carpentry.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
