Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand and maintain a positive work environment.
- 5-10 years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
