Food Service Manager

Alberta Ltd. O/A Sand Castle Steakhouse is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and presentation.
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to maintain quality control standards.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate and timely food preparation.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
