Key Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Consultant will provide ongoing and ad-hoc analytical support for credit card acquisition and retention initiatives, including delivering in-depth campaign post-analyses at both portfolio and acquisition channel levels.
  • Understand the dynamics of credit card acquisition and retention strategies and their impact on cardholders.
  • Conduct thorough analytics to generate business insights that assist the Cards team in achieving strategic objectives, including familiarity with performance assessment methodologies.
  • Analyze client behavior influenced by campaigns and provide analytical support for the development of cardholder journey narratives and presentations for Senior Management.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with the expectation to deliver results promptly while managing multiple stakeholders.


Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, particularly in direct marketing campaign analysis and performance measurement.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the credit card sector is highly preferred; experience in other financial institutions with analytical roles related to lending, investment, deposit, or insurance is also acceptable.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with SAS.

Desirable:

  • Experience in digital analytics.
  • Familiarity with report and dashboard creation.


Soft Skills:

  • Ability to communicate analytical results effectively to non-technical audiences, including various organizational levels.
  • Capability to derive insights from campaign performance data and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Strong partnership skills and comfort in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to present analytical findings compellingly to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent relationship-building, verbal, and written communication skills.
