About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Credit Card Fraud Analytics to join our team at Brim Financial. As a key member of our Fraud Management Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage evolving fraud trends, ensuring alignment with our risk appetite and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute fraud strategies across multiple platforms, balancing operational impact and customer experience.
  2. Analyze and report on performance of existing fraud strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  3. Lead/participate in the identification, development, and implementation of new initiatives, collaborating with fraud operations and business partners.
  4. Provide monthly and ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support decision-making at the executive level.
  5. Independently investigate new, high-risk exposures under tight timelines, leveraging subject matter expertise.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science; Master's degree preferred.
  2. 5+ years analytical experience, including advanced statistical analysis, ideally related to Fraud Analytics or Risk Management.
  3. Experience using analytical software tools such as SQL, Excel for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
  4. Advanced knowledge of fraud detection tools and technologies, including TSYS fraud management solutions and platforms.
  5. Demonstrated analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
