This internship position plays a crucial role in assisting the engineering division during a significant expansion project at the GCT manufacturing facility. The intern will work closely with process, utility, and mechanical engineers on a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Creating bid comparison spreadsheets;
  • Reviewing P&IDs;
  • Verifying component lists;
  • Compiling system documentation;
  • Tagging components;
  • Assisting engineers with advanced tasks;
  • Performing various administrative duties;

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering;
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00;
  • Availability for a full-time internship lasting 8-12 months;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in AutoCad, Pipe-Flo, and Bluebeam considered advantageous;
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills in both English and French.
