Job Title: Solution Architect

At United Software Group Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and understand business requirements and strategies to design effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Enterprise and various segments to set future directions, innovate, and deliver solutions.
  • Lead architecture efforts in modernization, transformation, and transition projects.
  • Develop strategies and roadmaps to align technology with business goals.
  • Assess and recommend technologies across several domains, with a significant emphasis on Medicaid.
  • Plan and execute the transition of Inclusa to iCare from a different tech stack.
  • Provide independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues related to job duties.
  • Build strong relationships with business and IT partners, communicating complex technology concepts to non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of progressive information technology architecture experience.
  • More than 12 years of demonstrated progressive information technology experience directly related to solution engineering, business application operations, or integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Health Insurance industry (Medicare, Medicaid, Specialty).
  • Familiarity with vendor evaluation and selection processes for technology platforms.
  • Experience working within an agile framework, such as SAFe.
  • Professional experience in strategic planning, resource planning, business process engineering, lean portfolio management, and budgeting.
