We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and prepare menus, estimating food requirements for efficient execution
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, adhering to food safety and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation for customers with dietary restrictions or allergies
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Monitor inventory and maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
- Fluency in English
