Baby Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Baby Care Specialist to join our team at Centre de la Petite Enfance Mamik. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and implement engaging child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities, tell stories, teach songs, and take children on outings to local points of interest, while guiding them in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
- Observation and Reporting: Monitor children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
- Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
- Environment and Safety: Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that protects the well-being of children.
- Education and Experience: Possess an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate and have relevant experience in child care.
- Availability and Flexibility: Be available for shift or on-call work and have a flexible schedule.
- Language and Communication: Fluency in French and excellent communication skills.
