Job Title: General Labourer

Cervini Farms (1993) Inc. is seeking a reliable and physically demanding General Labourer to join our team. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop handling, greenhouse maintenance, and farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides to crops as needed
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses, including pruning and watering plants
  • Harvest and pack fruits and vegetables for market
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment, including tractors and irrigation systems
  • Perform general farm duties, including cleaning and maintaining farm buildings and equipment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in agriculture or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour in a variety of weather conditions
Working Conditions:
  • Work will be performed in a variety of settings, including greenhouses, fields, and farm buildings
  • May be required to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions
  • May be required to lift heavy objects and work at heights
