What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Private Client Associate. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to the investment team, including trade processing and account maintenance
  • Manage client relationships and maintain accurate records and files
  • Assist with client onboarding and documentation, including account opening and cash flow management
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with the investment team to provide exceptional client service and support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the investment industry
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proven client service skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
